Bags for Sous-Vide Cooking

Inside the Orved Research and Development Centre, in collaboration with Chef's specializing in sous-vide cooking, the best cooking vacuum bags were designed and created. Orved cooking bags are made up of two highly resistant films, OPA/CPP that allow vacuum packing and cooking of foods up to 121°C*. All of the bags are tested and certified by Orved for food use and subject to experimentation so that they are unique.

Sous-vide cooking in Orved cooking vacuum bags allows all of the flavours, aromas, and colours to be intensified, at the same time preserving the organoleptic and nutritional properties.

*121°C for 30 minutes in thermostatic baths, steam ovens, or water bath.
