Personal information collected by Orved can be [I] data provided voluntarily by users through forms (first and last name, address, etc.), or [II] information collected in the web server registries (browser, operating system, access times), or [III] cookies, which are files intended to provide a better experience on the website.

The information collected may be used by the company in fulfilling orders, to contact customers, or to answer questions. Type [II] and [III] data can be used to improve the content and use of the website. Orved does not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the user. For the management and protection of personal data, refer to LD 196/2003.

What are cookies and how are they used

1. Cookie

Orved SpA uses its own session cookies, which are essential to navigate on the Orved SpA institutional website and allow functions such as authentication, validation, navigation session management, and fraud prevention.

2. Cookie Tecnici

Orved SpA uses performance cookies or technical or analytical cookies that do not require consent for statistical purposes regarding page access and in order to offer a fast and safe digital experience, for example, keeping the connection to the protected area open during navigation through the website pages, safely saving your UserId and Password, customizing your homepage, and identifying the pages on the website that you visited to keep them from being shown to you again.

The web pages can also contain special images to determine if a certain page was visited or not and, if so, count the number of users that saw it.

Orved SpA also uses certain third party technical or analytical cookies that improve your navigation experience such as:

- Google Analytics
https://www.google.it/intl/it/policies/technologies/cookies/

- YouTube
https://www.youtube.com

Orved SpA does not allow third parties to use cookies for purposes other than those listed above. In particular, Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Like other systems, Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files that are deposited on the user's computer to allow the website to analyze how it is used.

You can always refuse cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser but this will prevent you from using all of the website functions.

3. Profiling Cookies

Profiling cookies are used to collect information on your navigation habits in order to offer advertising that is relevant to your interests. This means that they are also used to limit the number of times a certain advertisement is shown and to communicate more effectively. For you, this means receiving less invasive ads and those that are closer to your preferences. Refusal to accept profiling cookies does not inhibit website navigation.

4. Duration of Cookies

Some cookies (session cookies) are only active until the browser is closed or the logout command is performed. Other cookies "survive" after the browser is closed and are also available during subsequent visits. These cookies are persistent and their duration is set by the server upon creation. In some cases, there is an expiration and in others it is unlimited

5. Managing cookies in the browser

Most internet browsers are initially set up to accept cookies automatically. This means that at any time you can set your browser to accept all cookies, just some cookies, or refuse them, disabling the use of parts of the websites. You can also normally set your browser preferences to be notified whenever a cookie is saved on your computer. At the end of each navigation session, the user can also delete any cookies from their hard drive.

If you wish to delete the cookies installed in your browser's file, remember that each browser has different methods for managing settings.
